Do you provide e-commerce services?
Article 2(2)(f) covers e-commerce services. Under Article 3(30), these are services provided at a distance, through websites and mobile device-based services, by electronic means and at the individual request of a consumer, with a view to concluding a consumer contract. In practice this includes online shops, booking systems and any website where a consumer can order a service.
