Article 2(1)(c) and (d) cover such terminal equipment (for example smart TVs, set-top boxes, routers with a user interface, or phones). Interactive computing capability means functionality supporting human-device interaction allowing for the processing and transmission of data, voice or video, or any combination thereof.
