Article 2(1) of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (external link) lists the products that must meet the accessibility requirements: consumer general purpose computer hardware systems and their operating systems, payment terminals and certain self-service terminals, consumer terminal equipment with interactive computing capability used for electronic communications or for accessing audiovisual media services, and e-readers. Note that, unlike for services, microenterprises are not exempt for products.
