• Web content editors

  This training is aimed at people who create content for websites according to prepared templates (e.g. editors working within CMS systems), for social media, or people preparing output for the media. They'll learn the basic criteria for accessible content and how to add it in a digital environment. Specific examples and scenarios are always tailored to the client's own environment and real-world practice.

• Accessible document creators

  This training focuses on creating accessible documents in Word, Excel and, optionally, PowerPoint, or their Open/LibreOffice equivalents. It can be extended to cover accessibility checking in Adobe Acrobat or with the PAC 2026 tool, and fixing the most common errors in PDF documents. The training can also be specifically tailored to the accessibility of documents and e-books created with Adobe InDesign.

• Website accessibility auditors

  The training for website accessibility auditors is a comprehensive course for people who already have basic experience with accessibility (we recommend completing one of our earlier training courses first). In addition to the individual WCAG success criteria, it also covers the requirements of the European EN 301 549 standard. We focus on correctly understanding the purpose of each criterion and the techniques for testing it, drawing up accurate and demonstrable conclusions on conformance or non-conformance with a given criterion, as well as the optimal ways of fixing any non-conformances found.
